All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
We accept Paypal or Direct Deposits.
All Major credit cards can be used via Paypal.

If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit you will be required to fax or email your official Direct Deposit receipt so that your order can be dispatched promptly.

Orders can be delayed if confirmation is not presented, as we will have to wait for funds to be cleared.

Cheques & Money Orders are to be made out to Make Up Cosmetics. Cheques & Money Orders must be cleared before the order can be dispatched.
Please record your order reference # / business name on the back of the cheque or money order.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Prices quoted in our website include GST.
GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items including freight.
We cannot waive GST unless required documentation is supplied for Australian orders. International orders do not incur GST, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Make Up Cosmetics cannot be responsible for.
If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
All prices are quoted do not include shipping & transportation costs. Freight charges vary depending on the 3rd party courier and the volume /weight of your order.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee. Orders left on “Wait” status or unconfirmed beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system save and except International Orders which will remain in the system for 14 days.

We have accounts with several major courier companies.
We will arrange freight through these accounts for you unless you require shipping through your own courier.
If you wish to use your own courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse.
Please advise your national / international account number & Sydney contact details of your courier in the “Special Instructions / Comments” sections with your order.
International shipping may require legal documents for export purposes.
Please check with your local shipping agent or customs agent.
Goods being held, stored, or penalties incurred in processing International orders will be passed on to the buyer/importer before the order is dispatched.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Using Make Up cosmetics products

Mineral makeup is known for being pure, natural and hypo-allergenic, it is possible for an allergic reaction or sensitivity to an ingredient to occur. If you suspect having an allergy or sensitivity to any cosmetic ingredients, please read the list of our ingredients carefully. Before applying, we recommend to do a patch test.
If sensitivity or allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product and consult a medical professional for attention.
Please use products only as intended by Make Up Cosmetics.

We take great care in ensuring that all ingredients used in each product are safe to use on the area intended. We will not assume responsibility if product is used in a manner not intended by us.

We take great care for our photography to depict the actual colour/shade of our products, please understand that monitors display colours differently.

All text, graphics, photographs, logos, artwork (collectively known as “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, ‘look and feel’ and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Make Up Cosmetics, and is protected by intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
